Luis was a successful entrepreneur and Vietnam Veteran. He was also a retired truck driver and Businessman (Mechanics).
He loved helping people and making people laugh (Biggest Prankster)
His greatest joy was being around family and friends in fellowship. He also took pride in his grand children and great grand children.
Luis is preceded In death by his Grandmother/Mother: Carmen Fray; Parents: Angelia Rivera and Felipe Quintero Velez, Siblings: Connie Denson & Jose Rivas Jr., Mother of his children: Santa Morales and step daughter Nancy Monserrate.
He Is survived by his children Frank Quintero Sr. & Alberto Quintero (Yolanda), Nellie Marie Bailey, Michele Roman (Kenny), Jose Montero (Darlene) & Hector Montero; step children: Madeline Monserrate (Gary) & David Lopez (Nina); Siblings: Nellie Velez Hosford (Steven), Sonia Velez, William (Billy) Velez (Gisela), Miriam Rivas. Grandchildren: Xiomara, Vanessa, Frank Jr., Justin Luis, Jessica, Adam, & Derek Quintero, James Edward Bailey IV, Antonio & Jonathan Cardenas, Rachel, Noel, Ismael, & Samuel Roman, Vicky Navarro, Louis Moses Rivera, Crystal Rivera, Antony Rijos, David Jr. & Ariel Lopez; Jacklyn Marie, Jose Enrique, Jasmine Marie & Jonathan Scandal Montero, Robert Montero-Swartz. Great Grandchildren: Jayden Rodriguez, Eliziah J & Jahaysia Ledesma, Jeramiah M Prados, Genesis, Madison, Juan Pabon, Victoria Vicente, Derek Quintero, Skylah Gifford & Jayla Jolie Cardenas, Alexis Sky, Ashley Star, Angel & Gabriel Rivera, Joseph Henry, Violet Alexandra & Alayla Josie Montero. Ex-Spouse but always beloved: Awilda Quintero.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Woodlawn Funeral Home in Gotha, Florida.
There will be a visitation for Mr. Quintero on Wednesday, January 2nd, at 1:00. A funeral service will be at 2:00 with a graveside service following in Woodlawn Memorial Park at 3:00.
